In my previous post, I had a goal in which I wanted to receive the netball shield. On Wednesday, our netball coach, Mr Chadwick, (he has his own blog page, go check it out here!), he awarded all of the netball players from this season a certificate for being a part of our team and helping us play every game. Luckily this year we were undefeated. Anyway after that, he presented the netball shield to three players. Unfortunately I was not part of those three. I was very happy for the winners and I wasn't going to stop playing netball or put myself down or be dissapointed. I was now going to work harder at my other goals because you're not going to be perfect and achieve everything if you don't work hard for it. But to me the phrase, 'Practice makes perfect', isn't true. Even if you work so, so hard to achieve or be perfect at something it might not happen. There will always be something for you to improve on. But my main point here is that even if you work really hard at something to achieve and you don't get it, it doesn't matter. Keep your head held up high and keep trying. 'Practice makes improvements'.

I like to set high goals as I like to challenge myself alot. I believe that it is very important to set yourself goals because it will make you more determined to achieve other things in life. So here below are some examples of my goals and achievements.
My Goals 1. Attend the Olympics in 2020 in Toyko for swimming. Breaststroke, butterfly and I.M 2.Get a trophy at this years dance concert, possibly for most improved as I feel that I have improved enormously this year! Most people think that professional athletes get paid too much. But I disagree enormously! In this essay, I will explain to you why I believe that professional athletes definitely do not get overpaid. Every athlete out there, worked really hard to be where they are now. Every time you pay to watch them, you’re actually making them earn more money because the more money the people who work there get the more money the athletes earn after their event. Why are you complaining? You can/could have gotten the same amount of money that they get if you wanted to. Also if they weren’t getting as much money or if you cut their pay down now, they would probably retire and give up. And I agree with them because why would you work soooo hard for such a long time and not get rewarded for it in the end?
