Hi, I’m Meiren and I’m writing to introduce myself to you. I’m 12 year old girl, which means I'm in year 6. I also have a little brother who is two years younger than me and a little sister who is 4 years younger than me. I attend 5/6 Chadwick at Campbell Street Primary School 5 days a week, but to me it feels like 24/7! I have lots of hobbies/after school sport that includes, soccer, drawing, photographing, swimming, softball, baseball and cricket. But my absolute favourite hobby is skateboarding and i'm apart an all-girls skateboarding group called She Shreds Tasmania. I was inspired by Poppy Starr Olsen my favourite woman skateboarder and also the best woman skateboarder in the world! Some of the things i love to do in my spare time is playing with my animals/pets that i have at home. I have a dog called Asha and a rabbit called Fluffy. Together Fluffy and Asha play like best friends. I also just like mucking around, getting dirty and making stuff up around the garden. My Mum is also a big gardener and has got her own business called Plant House Nursery (so we've got heaps of plants inside and out.) I love traveling (even though i haven't done a lot of it.) I have traveled to America, (via L.A.), New Zealand and the mainland but that probably doesn't count! So I think that's enough from me now and I look forward to writing to you in the future.
