Diet (what we eat)
What people eat is a big worry for me and into the future.
I believe that people just don’t understand how badly and how much affect certain produces can have on you/ your body
You won’t be pretty surprised that sugar has an effect on your body, as you know you have to try things in life such as food. As soon as you place the piece of food in your mouth BANG your mind instantly decides if it loves it, likes it, thinks its ok, doesn’t really like it, or thinks it’s absolutely disgusting.
If people add sugar in things it’s to make it sweeter, a lot sweeter, they usually do this so people like it/ buy it and as soon as they ate the sweet they suddenly get this addictive feeling and people want more, while people want it they don’t understand what is happening on the inside until the pay back comes.
But please don’t get me wrong its fine to have a bit of sugar I’m talking about ridiculous amounts of it all the time.
Where sugar goes?
Sugar goes in your body like other food dose but your body likes to save food for latter, it takes a little of the sugar and turns it into fat.
Plant based diet!
Anything that comes out of the earth is healthy and if you eat vegies (veg), or salad and a little bit of fruit that’s quite healthy.
Veg and Salad
Veg and salad can help prevent a lot of illness that could have been caused by sugar in the first place. Green vegs are the best for you and your health.
Eating different things can affect differently to your body, food that comes out of the earth and food that doesn’t have that many preservatives are better for you because of this when people eat lots of something ( that’s not the best for you) they feel great at first but after about 1 hour later they feel terrible, moody and exhausted.
What you eat can depend on how well your body copes with excursive because of how much energy you get and also it helps with making your bones stronger for the future. One of the worst side effects is your teeth they go black and rotten with too much sugar and have to be pulled out. You end up wasting extra money on appointments and things to fix the problems. I know lots of relatives that wish they knew how bad sugar is for you. It may not affect you now but it will in the future.
I find it hard to stand there and watch it happen. So hopefully it will fade out soon,
