Today I will be talking about a topic that really matters to me, Friends. To help me out with this topic I have got my friend Holly to help me out and to ask her some questions about the topic. Before we start I would like to recommend holly's blog page. So, Holly my first question for you is, in your own words what is a Friend?
Holly: friends are like a big family the more friends you have the bigger the family gets. Is there a limit to the number of friends one person can have? Holly: No there is really isn't a limit to the number of friends one can have. Do you have to have something in common to be a friend with someone? Holly: No, you don’t have to have something in common to be a friend with someone. What does it mean to be someone's best friend? Holly: being a person's best means they trust you with secrets and will do anything with you. I would like to thank Holly for coming and I like you to go her page and look out for a second part of this post. But until remember you and your friends matter.

Now I know what you’re thinking. (Maybe) But I am reviewing them both without making it Game Review #5 and #6 because they are very similar games.
The only things different about the two games is that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has more characters, more vehicles, more wheels, more Hang-glides, more items and battle arenas (Instead of some of the tracks). The New characters in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe are Dry Bones, Bowser Jr, Gold Mario (a different colour of Metal Mario), King boo, Inkling Boy and inkling girl. (Inkling boy and girl both have 3 colours) There are 4 Modes in Mario kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Grand Prix (available in single player and multiplayer), Time Trial (Only in single player), Vs Race (available in single player and multiplayer) and Battle (available in single player and multiplayer). In Grand Prix you are put into a cup which is 4 races back to back. Here are all of the cups and the track in them. Mushroom Cup Mario Kart Stadium Water Park Sweet Sweet Canyon Thwomp Ruins Flower Cup Mario Circuit Toad Harbour Twisted Mansion Shy Guy Falls Star Cup Sunshine Airport Dolphin Shoals Electrodrome Mount Wario Special Cup Cloudtop Cruise Bone-Dry Dunes Bowser's Castle Rainbow Road Shell Cup Moo Moo Meadows Mario Circuit Cheep Cheep Beach Toad's Turnpike Banana Cup Dry Dry Desert Donut Plains 3 Royal Raceway DK Jungle Leaf Cup Wario Stadium Sherbet Land Music Park Yoshi Valley Lighting Cup Tick-Tock Clock Piranha Plan Slide Grumble Volcano Rainbow Road Egg Cup (DLC for Wii u) Yoshi Circuit Excitebike Arena (based on Excitebike) Dragon Driftway Mute City (based on F-Zero) Triforce Cup (DLC for Wii u) Wario's Gold Mine Rainbow Road Ice Ice Outpost Hyrule Circult (based on Legend of Zelda) Crossing Cup (DLC for Wii u) Baby Park Cheese Land Wild Woods Animal Crossing (based on Animal Crossing) Bell Cup (DLC for Wii u) Neo Bowser City Ribbon Road Super Bell Subway Big Blue (based on F-Zero) The tracks Mount Wario and Rainbow Road (The Rainbow Road in the Lightning Cup) are a different type of track because instead of doing 3 laps of the track you must go to 3 different parts of the track. In Time Trial you must pick a track and race a ghost created by people across the world, there are no items except 3 mushrooms (Speed is the key if you want to win) In Vs Race all you do is pick a character, vehicle, wheels, hang-glider, rules and track and race. |
