School matters I love school it matter’s to me the best part of school is seeing my friend’s and I love waking up in the morning and getting dressed and going to school.
After school I play for the Hobart football club. It is my favourite sport it’s not just a good sport you get healthy you need to eat healthy and stay fit. Football is also fun you get knew skill when playing. You need to stay healthy when you are playing any sport and you get fit while playing a lot of sports you shouldn’t give up because you get injured keep playing and don’t just hate the sport that you were playing at the time and don’t just play because you want to see your friend or they want to see you play because you want to it isn’t right.
If your diet is right and healthy you can play a lot of sport just don’t eat as much junk food and drink water and all that kind of stuff if you don’t eat healthy you will grow up and be a un healthy boy or girl and if you do eat healthy you will stay nice and fit and you will have a good sugar level but eat a bit of chocolate but not too much you do have to eat a bit if you are doing a sport that you run in you will want to eat a lot of rice pasta and water fruit juice just try to have a good sugar level if you become a guy who plays a sport like myself eat healthy you need to eat healthy to play a good sport but if no still try to stay healthy and eat good food if you eat too much junk food at the age of 7-30 you can get really sick some people even die. Sometimes in football or any sport there will be a fight but that’s where you come in don’t join the fight if you do you can get kicked off the team and that means there will be a thing and you have to start again would be a bad thing because that means that you would have to stay off the team for weeks even months if you get injured in a sport you will have to wait in till it gets better then you will know that you shouldn’t try that crazy stunt again if you do you will learn not to do it again with football you have to be care full on what you do.
